CarePatrol franchisees offer free assistance to families in need of guidance in their search for safe options of assisted living, independent living, residential board and care and/or memory care communities for a loved one. Franchisees work closely with both the facilities and families to properly place residents based on budgetary and medical needs. Franchisees are compensated directly by the facility when a CarePatrol client has been placed within their community. Franchisees receive a referral fee based on a percentage of the monthly cost of living. It’s sort of like being a real estate agent for assisted living homes
Eileen Proctor, Director of Franchise Development for Franchise Fastlane where she focuses on brands that cater to the senior market: CarePatrol senior placement and ComForCare home care.
Eileen began her franchising career a dozen years ago, expanding a pet services franchise across the USA. This was followed by a four year stint with an emerging franchisor in the co-working/shared office space industry where she held a number of leadership roles within marketing, operations and development. Eileen started “life in the Fastlane” in December 2018 where she guides candidates throughout each stage of their exploration process to ensure a win-win outcome for franchisee and franchisor alike.
Here is the Poem Eileen read on this Podcast:
“Until one is committed, there is hesitancy, the chance to draw back, always ineffectiveness. Concerning all acts of initiative (and creation), there is one elementary truth, the ignorance of which kills countless ideas and splendid plans: that the moment one definitely commits to oneself, then Providence moves too. All sorts of things occur to help one that would never otherwise have occurred. A whole stream of events issues from the decision, raising in one’s favor all manner of unforeseen incidents and meetings and material assistance, which no man could have dreamt would have come his way. ‘Whatever you can do or dream you can, begin it. Boldness has genius, power and magic in it!’”
